1.  Introduction

Welcome to indorse, Privacy Policy.

At Indore, we are committed to protecting your privacy and Personal Data. “Personal Data” refers to any information that could identify a natural person, directly or indirectly. This includes, but is not limited to, Personally Identifying Information as defined in the KSA. An identifiable natural person is anyone who can be identified by reference to an identifier like a name, identification number, location data, or online identifier.

This Privacy Policy exists to inform you of our policies and procedures surrounding the collection, use, and disclosure of your Personal Data and other information. It will also tell you about your privacy rights and how those are protected by law.

This Privacy Policy applies to three categories of users: “Visitors” are users who access the Sites or Service but don’t register; “Registered Users” have signed up for an account with the Service; “Subscribers” are Registered Users who have purchased a subscription plan for the Service. Data, content, and information described below – including but not limited to Personal Data – are referred to as “information” throughout this document.

At our company, we have a strict policy of always respecting the privacy of our users. This includes any information that we may collect from users while they are using our website or mobile products. We understand that privacy is a very important issue for our users, and we are committed to safeguarding their information at all times.

2. Important information and who we are

Indorse, (sometimes referred to as “Company”, “we”, “us” or “our” in this Privacy Policy) is the controller and responsible for your Personal Data.

We have appointed a data privacy manager who is responsible for overseeing questions in relation to this Privacy Policy. If you have any questions about this Privacy Policy, including any requests to exercise your legal rights (see below), please do not hesitate to contact the data privacy manager using the details set out below.

3. What Personal Data and other Information do we collect and store, and how is it collected

We may collect the following types of data and information from you:

  • Your name, email address, mailing address, phone number, and other contact information
  • Your age, gender, country of residence, and other demographic information
  • Your preferences and interests
  • Other information you provide to us through surveys, customer service interactions, and other communications
  • Commercial information, such as the products and services you purchase from us
  • Professional and employment information, like your workplace details (including the name of your employer, title, industry, and organization size.
  • Browser/mobile devise information
  • Payments information. Your payments are refined directly through PayPal or VISA or through a credit card. We do not have right to and do not store your credit card or PayPal payment data.
  • Files the files that users fill out are stored on the server. However, these files and the users’ information contained therein are accessible only to the account of the registered user in which they are stored. The data contained in these files is encrypted in a manner intended to render it unreadable and unusable for anyone else, including Company. You have the option to remove files from your account at any point, which removes all the information that was contained in those files from our servers.
    If you are a Visitor and do not have a registered for an account, your Files will be automatically deleted in 30 days (except for those Files submitted to other Subscribers)
    We collect some information from your device, its software, and your activity using the Service, which can be correlated with Personal Data to identify you. This may include the Device’s Internet Protocol (“IP”) address, browser type, the web page visited before you came to our website, information you search for on our website, locale preferences, etc. identification numbers associated with your Devices, your mobile carrier, date and time stamps associated with transactions, system configuration information, metadata concerning your Files, and other interactions with the Service.
  • Cookies. We (ourselves and using third party services) also use “cookies” and other Internet technologies to collect information and improve our Services. A cookie is a small data file that we transfer to your Device. We use cookies for a variety of reasons, some of which include:
    • Making our Services easier for you to use
    • Allowing us to provide you with personalized content
    • Helping us understand which areas of our Services are most popular
    • Improving the overall performance of our Services


    You can choose to have your browser accept or reject cookies from websites you visit, including our own. If you disable or refuse cookies, please note that some areas of the site may become inaccessible or not function properly for you.

  • Geo-location information refers to data that reveals where a particular device is located. For example, this could be GPS data. While our mobile apps do not currently collect this type of information from your mobile device, we may do so in the future if you give us consent. This would improve our Services. Additionally, some of the information we collect from a Device can be used to approximate its location. For example, an IP address can reveal a Device’s general location.



We may combine, analyze, and make inferences from information we collect from different sources.

4. If you fail to give Personal Data

We need your Personal Data in order to enter a contract with you or perform the contract we have with you. If you do not provide the requested data, we will not be able to fulfill our obligations under the contract. In this case, we may have to cancel the contract, but we will notify you if this is the case at the time.

5. How do we use information we collect?

We will only use your Personal Data when the law allows us to. Most commonly, we will use your Personal Data in the following circumstances:
  • If it’s necessary for us to perform a contract we have entered with you, or to take steps at your request before entering such a contract. This applies particularly where we use your Personal Data to administer your use of the Service.
  • If we need to comply with a legal or regulatory obligation. This includes but is not limited to compliance with eSignature requirements
  • We only use your Personal Data when it is necessary for a legitimate interest, and your interests and fundamental rights do not override those interests. A legitimate interest means the interest of our business in conducting and managing our business to enable us to give you the best service and the best and most secure experience. This applies particularly where we use your Personal Data to better understand your needs and interests, to improve our Service


Note that we may process your Personal Data upon more than one licit basis depending on the specific function intent for which we are using your data.

Your personal data is important to us and will be used in the following ways:
  • To set up an account and profile for you so that you can access our services securely.
  • To administer your use of the service and provide you with support.
  • To deploy or support your use of the service.
  • To better understand your needs and interests.
  • To personalize and improve your experience on our site.
  • To provide or offer software updates and product announcements.
  • If you no longer wish to receive promotional communications from us, please follow the “unsubscribe” instructions provided in any of those communications.

We use log data and cookies to help improve our service and make it more user-friendly. By collecting this data, we can see how users interact with our site and make changes accordingly. This information may also be shared with our partners to help them understand how our users use the service and whether they have the authorization to do so.

We keep records of all the communications that we have with our customers to help solve any issues they might be facing. If you send us a request, we have the right to publish it (in a manner that does not identify you) to help us clarify or respond to your request or to help us support other users.

We know that sometimes getting company emails can be a little bit overwhelming. But we also want you to know that we only send them when we have something important to share, like new product features or updates on what’s going on with the company. We promise to never bombard you with messages and will always give you the opportunity to unsubscribe from our communications if you’re not interested.

Third-Party Marketing
We will only share your Personal Data with outside entities for marketing purposes if we have your express consent to do so.

Foreign Processing
We process Personal Data on servers in many countries around the world. Your Personal Data may be processed on a server located outside the country where you live.

We understand how important it is for you to be able to access and correct your records, so we will do our best to provide this service for free. However, in some cases it may not be possible to delete information completely, especially if it would require a lot of time and effort. We aim to protect our records from accidental or malicious destruction, so even after you delete information from our Services, we may still have copies of it on our servers or in our backup systems.

We may disclose information to parties outside of the company under the following circumstances: if we have a good faith belief that disclosure is reasonably necessary to (a) comply with a law, regulation, or compulsory legal request; (b) protect the safety of any person from death or serious bodily injury; (c) prevent fraud or abuse of the company or its users; or (d) protect the company’s property rights.

If we sell part or all our company or assets, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. However, you will be notified about any changes in control or use of your personal data and files, as well as any choices you may have regarding the information, via email or a notice on our website.

We may share your information with third parties with your consent or when you direct us to share it, such as when you access a third-party application through our Services. See Third Party Applications below.

We may also share aggregated, non-personal data publicly and with our partners – like publishers, advertisers or connected sites. For example, we may share information publicly to show trends about the general use of our Services.

7. Data Security

We have security measures in place to prevent your personal data from being lost, used, accessed, altered or disclosed in an unauthorized way. Only employees, agents, contractors and other third parties who have a business need to know will have access to your personal data. They will only process your personal data on our instructions, and they are subject to a duty of confidentiality.

8. Changing or Deleting Your Information

It is vital that the Personal Data we have on file for you is accurate and up to date. Please inform us of any changes to your Personal Data during your time as our customer.

If you are a Registered User, you can review, update, correct or delete the Personal Data provided in your registration or account profile by changing the information in your profile or account page, depending on where you live and in accordance with applicable laws. In some cases, we may retain copies of your information if required or permitted by law. 9. Corporate Customers

If you are a Registered User of an account with multiple Subscribers, then your account administrator may be able to:
  • access information in and about your account
  • disclose, restrict, or access information that you have provided or that is made available to you when using the Service; and
  • control how your account may be accessed or deleted.

Please refer to your organization’s policies if you have questions about your administrator’s rights.

10. Third Party Applications

Our Privacy Policy applies to all the services offered by the Company and its affiliates. This includes services offered on other sites, such as our advertising services. However, there are some services that have separate privacy policies. Please make sure you read and understand the separate privacy policy before using those services.

Our Privacy Policy does not apply to services offered by other companies or individuals, including products or sites that may be displayed to you in search engine listings, third-party sites that may include our Service, or other sites linked from our Services. In order to understand what Personal Data and other information may be collected when you use or visit those products or sites, you will need to review the privacy policies associated with those products or sites.

Our Privacy Policy does not apply to the information practices of other companies and organizations who advertise our services. These third-party advertisers may use cookies, pixel tags, and other technologies to collect information about your activities on our website and other sites in order to serve you relevant ads.

We may share your information with a third-party application only with your consent. For example, if you choose to access our Services through such an application. We are not responsible for what those parties do with your information once we share it with them. So, you should make sure you trust the application and that it has a privacy policy that is acceptable to you.

11. Enforcement and Your Legal Rights

We take compliance seriously at our company and review our policies regularly to make sure we’re up to date. If we receive any formal written complaints, we will follow up with the person who made them promptly. We also work with the appropriate regulatory authorities, including local data protection authorities, to resolve any complaints we can’t resolve with our users directly.

You may be entitled to certain legal rights in relation to your Personal Data under data protection laws. You may have the right to:
  1. Request access to your Personal Data. This is typically referred to as a “data subject access request”. This would allow you to receive a copy of the Personal Data that we hold about you, and to check that we are lawfully processing it.
  2. If you believe that any information, we are holding on you is incorrect or incomplete, you have the right to request a correction from us. This enables you to have any inaccurate data we hold about you corrected, though we may need to verify the accuracy of the new data you provide to us.
  3. You can request that we erase your Personal Data at any time. This allows you to ask us to delete or remove information where there is no good reason for us continuing to process it. You also have the right to ask us to delete or remove your Personal Data if you have successfully exercised your right to object to processing (see below), if we may have processed your information unlawfully, or if we are required to erase your Personal Data to comply with local law. Please note, however, that we may not always be able to comply with your request of erasure for specific legal reasons which will be notified to you, if applicable, at the time of your request.
  4. You have the right to object to the processing of your personal data if you feel that your fundamental rights and freedoms are being impacted. You also have the right to object if we are processing your data for direct marketing purposes. In some cases, we may be able to demonstrate that we have compelling legitimate grounds to process your information which override your rights and freedoms.
  5. You have the right to request that we restrict the processing of your personal data in certain circumstances, such as: (a) If you dispute the accuracy of the data; (b) If our use of the data is unlawful but you do not want us to erase it; (c) If you need us to keep the data in order to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims; or (d) If you have objected to our use of your data but we need to verify whether we have overriding legitimate grounds for using it.
  6. You have the right to request the transfer of your Personal Data to you or to a third party. We will provide your Personal Data in a structured, commonly used, machine-readable format. Note that this right only applies to automated information which you initially provided consent for us to use or where we used the information to perform a contract with you. We have no access to your Files of any Personal Data therein, but the Service provides you means to export any Files.
  7. You can withdraw your consent at any time for the processing of your Personal Data. However, this will not affect any processing that has already taken place before you withdrew your consent. If you do choose to withdraw your consent, there are some products or services that we may not be able to provide to you. We will let you know if this is the case when you go to withdraw your consent.

You can contact Company’s support at support@indorse.com to exercise your rights. Usually, there is no fee required. However, we may charge a reasonable fee if your request is clearly unfounded, repetitive or excessive. Alternatively, we may refuse to comply with your request in these circumstances.

Your Personal Data will not be disclosed to anyone who does not have the right to receive it. If you have made a request, we may also contact you to ask for further information in order to speed up our response.

We usually respond to requests within one month, or the time limit set by law. If we need more time than that, it may be because your request is complicated, or you’ve made several requests. We’ll let you know if this is the case and update you on our progress.

12. Privacy Policy Changes

Our privacy policy is subject to change at any time, and we will make sure to update any changes on this page. If there are major changes, we will also notify you through email. You can review prior versions of our privacy policy in our archive.

13. Security

At indorse Company, we understand how important the security of your personal information is to you. We use SSL (Secure Socket Layer) encryption when transmitting sensitive information such as your credit card number on our order forms. This is a generally accepted standard in order to protect information during transmission. In addition, we also protect your information once we receive it by following similar standards. Even though these methods are put in place, we cannot guarantee that your information will be 100% secure. 14. Your SAUDI ARABIA Privacy Rights

We will not charge you differently for exercising your rights under state law, unless those differences are related to your information or otherwise allowed by law. If you would like to use an agent registered with the California Secretary of State to help you exercise your rights, we may request proof that you have given them power of attorney or that the agent has valid written authority to act on your behalf.
